University of South Carolina\u2019s Campus Village is large-scale mixed use public private partnership. The project includes four residential hall buildings totaling 1,800 beds, a parking deck, dining hall, a campus recreation center, Starbucks, a convenience store and multi-purpose learning and academic support spaces. The project will be built over three phases.
