BOUDREAUX was honored to present their innovative design for the Midlands Technical College Center for Business and Information Technologies building at the South Carolina Tri Association Conference with construction partners at Hood Construction. The building’s design creates a dynamic and collaborative space that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning. BOUDREAUX’s design team was able to create a building that meets the goals of Midlands Technical College, while also incorporating sustainable and flexible design features that will serve the college community for years to come.
Midlands Technical College embarked on a journey to create a welcoming and iconic gateway to their campus through the construction of a new building that houses programs focused on Business, Information Technology, Science, and Mathematics. The new building, which is STEM focused in all aspects, achieved 2 Green Globes certification while maintaining a challenging budget and schedule.
