Campus Village Presentation at Tri-Association Conference
The Tri Association conference was a success this year! Thank you to our fellow presenters on Campus Village at the conference! It’s such an incredible story – and this team has been a joy to work with.
Campus Village is large-scale mixed use public private partnership. The project includes four residential hall buildings totaling 1,800 beds, a parking deck, dining hall, a campus recreation center, Starbucks, a convenience store and multi-purpose learning and academic support spaces. The project will be built over three phases. Master planned to feature a pedestrian promenade that links to the rest of campus, the buildings are organized to create a series of interconnected outdoor spaces and to respect the residential scale of the adjacent neighborhood. The design is being completed in collaboration with WDG.
Campus Village earned Two Green Globes certification, recognizing strategies that reduce energy and water use, manage stormwater, minimize waste, and support occupant wellness. The redevelopment also transformed surface parking into a more walkable, connected campus while preserving significant existing trees.
