The recent renovation of Genesis Healthcare’s administrative offices on Two Notch Road presented a unique opportunity to design a workspace that enhances productivity, collaboration, and well-being for their team. As the organizational hub for a vital healthcare provider, this facility plays a critical role in supporting Genesis Healthcare’s operations across South Carolina. Our mission was to create an environment that fosters efficiency while embodying the values of innovation and care central to their work.

We worked closely with LCK and the client to bring this transformative project to life. Together, we created a space that supports the operational heart of Genesis Healthcare, emphasizing functionality, innovation, and employee well-being.
A key aspect of the project was reconfiguring the office layout to align with modern administrative workflows. We translated the client’s goals into a thoughtfully designed space. By introducing open work areas, private offices, and meeting spaces, we crafted an environment that balances collaboration and individual focus, essential for a high-performing administrative hub.
The building was a smaller sister to the Truist Bank building next door, Genesis wanted to make their mark and differentiate their exterior design so they stood out to clients and made their mark in this community. The design details not only reflect Genesis Healthcare’s commitment to its team but also create a space that inspires creativity and productivity.
This project is a testament to the power of collaboration.
