In the Town of Lexington’s State of the Town address, Mayor MacDougall highlighted three important projects that BOUDREAUX played a critical role in developing. We love working with forward-thinking and visionary clients like the Town of Lexington. We were thrilled to collaborate with stakeholders representing special needs groups and civic organizations on the Virginia Hylton Park Expansion, and to create a plan that honors and memorializes residents while promoting the arts, conservation, and community wellness. We appreciated the opportunity to lead the public engagement process for the Zoning Ordinance Planning Update and to work with community stakeholders to determine the desired future land use character and patterns. And we were honored to create a vision plan that reflects the town’s abiding values and provides a clear roadmap for development over the next 20 years. We are proud of our work with the Town of Lexington and look forward to the continued growth and success of the community.
