Justin Abrams, AIA Promoted to Vice President

BOUDREAUX is proud to announce that Justin Abrams, AIA, has been named a Principal. This marks an exciting milestone in the firm’s leadership evolution. An architect known for his passion for inspiring design that enriches communities, Justin brings nearly two decades of dedication and expertise to his new role as a Vice President.

“Promoting a firm associate to the ownership team is a significant step for BOUDREAUX. In Justin’s case, he was more than ready. His innate talents, deeply held commitment to our mission, and service ethic made this a natural decision,” said Heather Mitchell, BOUDREAUX President.

Justin’s collaborative approach to understanding the unique needs of each client ensures creative design solutions that enhance both efficiency and engagement. A dual force as a creative designer and technical problem solver, Justin thrives on the research-driven design process and draws inspiration from the people who ultimately inhabit the spaces he creates. As part of the ownership team, Justin’s focus will be on facilitating mentorship at all levels, attracting new talent, and continuing initiatives that foster quality design.

Justin is equally committed to nurturing the next generation of architects. As a proud Clemson University alumnus, he enjoys guest critiques and speaking to professional practice classes. He is currently serving as a Clemson Architectural Foundation Trustee. He also served in numerous leadership roles with the state and local chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is a graduate of Leadership Columbia.

His resume includes transformative projects such as the Bryan Mall High-Rise Renovation at Clemson University, the Student Life Village at Virginia Tech, the City of Florence Urban Square Parking Deck, and award-winning Midlands Technical College’s Center for Business and Information Technologies and University of South Carolina’s Campus Village.

“We believe in growing our leadership from within. Being a part of Justin’s professional development, it is especially rewarding to now be leading side by side with him. We have such confidence in his ideas and energy as we continue to grow the firm,” said Heather Mitchell, BOUDREAUX President.
