ULI Carolinas Conference – Campus Village Presentation

We were excited to help Greystar put together their presentation for the 2022 ULI Carolinas Conference in Columbia. University of South Carolina’s Campus Village is large-scale mixed use public private partnership. The project includes four residential hall buildings totaling 1,800 beds, a parking deck, dining hall, a campus recreation center, Starbucks, a convenience store and multi-purpose learning and academic support spaces. The project will be built over three phases. Master planned to feature a pedestrian promenade that links to the rest of campus, the buildings are organized to create a series of interconnected outdoor spaces and to respect the residential scale of the adjacent neighborhood.
