The project encompasses over 20,000 square feet on two floors of an existing building. The purpose of the project was to reorganize the space to increase efficiency and collaboration between departments. The tenants wanted a design that would emulate the overall brand identity of the organization and include a mix of enclosed offices and open work spaces.

The resulting design included enclosed offices, an open office plan, collaborative work areas, meeting rooms, breakroom and a grand lobby to support a more productive and collaborative work environment.
