Town Center Master Plan | Hanahan, SC

BOUDREAUX is the lead consultant on the City of Hanahan City Center Master Plan. Our team facilitated a three-day charrette to gather community input to propose a vision and implementation framework for creating a vibrant city center.

Hanahan is a thriving hometown and experiencing tremendous growth due to the quality of city services, the exceptional schools and the proximity to all that the Charleston metropolitan offers. City leaders want to leverage this growth and create an identifiable heart of town where people gather and where local businesses thrive.

This project was a collaborative effort led by BOUDREAUX and included Thomas & Hutton and Fred Delk.
