Richland Library Main | Columbia, SC
A renovation of the Main Library encompassed 175,656 square feet and three floors with a design solution focused on improved customer service and public gathering spaces that promote learning, creating and sharing. Reimagined spaces allow the library to deliver focused programming to the community through dedicated spaces that foster creativity and collaboration. Additionally, the aging infrastructure was renovated to preserve an architectural icon in downtown Columbia. Features include:

The design was a collaborative effort led by BOUDREAUX and included McMillan Pazdan Smith and Margaret Sullivan Studios.
