Parish Life Building | St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church
Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church is one of the largest churches in the Charleston Diocese and encompasses over 24.5 acres. Continuing in its longstanding relationship our team, the church placed its faith in the firm to develop a vision for the future of their campus that would capture the spirit of the congregation and enable them to carry out their mission of being Called by Christ, Growing in Faith, and Serving with Love.
As part of the first phase of a master plan developed by our team, a new 23,200 square foot Parish Life Building enables the church to further its mission and ministries and accommodate its continued growth with:
- a 6,800 square foot Fellowship Hall suited for large events and gatherings with a stage and basketball court
- a commercial kitchen
- a 2,200 square foot Gathering Hall for more formal events and banquets
- a variety of flexible meeting rooms for all ages
- an athletic green
The exterior character complements the other campus buildings including the Church we also designed. The entry plaza and welcoming lobby connects into existing outdoor gathering places.
