Campus Master Plan | University of South Carolina Union

The USC Union master plan provides an updated roadmap for designing, developing, budgeting, and implementing projects to enhance the physical environment of the campus – facilities and the landscape. The master plan encompasses all properties currently owned by the Commission or the University in Union and the Laurens Location but focuses on the main campus in downtown Union. While the plan documents ideas shared to improve academic, athletic, social, and civic programs, the master plan is an implementable vision for the physical campus.

BOUDREAUX, through many years of working on the campus, brought a seasoned knowledge of long-held ideas, needs and community partnerships (2010 Master Plan). The master plan acknowledges the 2010 vision and progress and recalibrates the priorities to address current challenges, the spirit of community collaboration and the potential to advance the purpose and impact of this university.
