BOUDREAUX Promotes Marketing Director Rachel John
BOUDREAUX recently expanded its leadership team with the election of Rachel John to Firm Associate. In her new role, Rachel brings her talents and dedication to further elevate the team and enhance client services. In this role, she will further spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth, expand market presence, and cultivate key partnerships.
As a graduate of Leadership Columbia and currently serving as President of the state-wide Palmetto Chapter for Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), she has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities inside and outside the firm. With her infectious energy and positive spirit team members and partners naturally gravitate to her.

Rachel joined BOUDREAUX 5 years ago and has since proven to be an invaluable asset. As the Director of Marketing for BOUDREAUX, she works with company leadership to showcase our projects and services, organize pursuits of future projects, and prepare the team for thoughtful interviews and submissions. Her creative zeal also supports our website and social media presence. She has been key to supporting BOUDREAUX’s selection as architect for significant projects such as the University of South Carolina’s Health Sciences Campus, University of North Carolina Charlotte’s Loy Witherspoon Center for Meditation and Reflection, and Clemson University’s Bryan Mall High-Rise Renovations, and many other local government, faith-based, and workplace projects.
With an Art History degree from Winthrop University and a graphic design background, she recognizes the transformative impact art has on communities. Her unique perspective and diverse skill set have been instrumental in communicating and shepherding the BOUDREAUX brand. By bringing Rachel onto the leadership team, BOUDREAUX affirms its commitment to embracing diverse talents and recognizing individuals who broaden perspectives and insights.
Rachel John expressed her enthusiasm about her new role, stating, “I am honored to take on this challenge and excited to work alongside our talented team to explore new opportunities and support our sustainable growth throughout the southeast.”
