Campus Village Topping Out Ceremony

We were thrilled to participate in the Topping Out celebration hosted by our friends Juneau and Contract Construction.

University of South Carolina’s Campus Village is large-scale mixed use public private partnership. The project includes four residential hall buildings totaling 1,800 beds, a parking deck, dining hall, a campus recreation center, Starbucks, a convenience store and multi-purpose learning and academic support spaces. The project will be built over three phases. Master planned to feature a pedestrian promenade that links to the rest of campus, the buildings are organized to create a series of interconnected outdoor spaces and to respect the residential scale of the adjacent neighborhood. The design is being completed in collaboration with WDG.
